三甲沙林抑制劑Trioxsalen is a furanocoumarin and a psoralen derivative, in conjunction with UV-A for phototherapy treatment of vitiligo and hand eczema. After photoactivation it creates interstrand cross-links in DNA, which can cause programmed cell death.
